How long does it take to get my order delivered?
Ready stock items will be sent out to delivery courier 1 working day after we receive your payment.
For other products, we usually take around 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends/public holidays) before we ship your order.

Which shipping couriers do you use?
We use SICEPAT for local deliveries & our delivery partners for international destinations.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we regularly ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Australia & anywhere else in the world using express couriers with competitive rates. Exact shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page.
Can I track my shipping?
We will send the tracking number of your order via email hence it is advisable to use an active email address.
Can I change my address after I placed an order?
Unfortunately if the order has been placed, you may not change your address. Please contact our customer representative via Whatsapp for further inquiry.

Do you offer exchanges if I ordered the wrong gadget type?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges if customer has given us wrong gadget information. All our products are made by order. However, in cases where the products are not customized/printed with design, we might offer exchanges. Please contact our customer representative for further information.
